It is an exclusive Jill Wiseman Design taught by our teacher, Karin.  Start with your selection of Super Duos, seed beads and bicones, then learn the technique needed to create a “Festival of Lights” Bangle.  There are so many color options that you will want to make more to stack on your wrist for a fashion statement.
