We try to be very flexible with shipping and return policies when you buy from our online store.

Shipping Policy

We ship to locations within the United States. Almost all of our products will be charged USPS Priority Mail shipping with a flat rate of $9.50.

Payment Terms

Our online store processes payments through PayPal.

Return Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed. I will give you a full refund if you are not happy within 10 days of your purchase less shipping costs. I am confident that you will not be disappointed.

I no longer have a storefront. I now design my Lampwork in my studio where you can come shop.

Do you do custom orders?

I love a challenge. I will attempt your request, then send you a picture of the product via email to get your approval. If you see something on my site or in my online portfolio you would like me to duplicate, you must understand I can only get it similar since these are hand made one bead at a time.
